Secondary Week at a Glance

AR reward day! Students that met their AR goal for the six weeks were treated to cupcakes today.





These Sophomores attended the Kevin Housley Leadership Conference at ASU yesterday.

The 3rd grade classes had a challenge to see which class could read the most books. The students read over 600 books and Mrs. Gonzalez's class was the winner! Great job 3rd grade!

At last night's board meeting, the board approved to modify the 2024-2025 school calendar by making the Fridays listed below as student/staff holidays:
-March 28th
-April 4th
-April 11th
-April 25th
-May 2nd
-May 9th
-May 16th
An updated academic calendar will also be available on the school website.

Book Fair family night is today! Please enter the building by the gym.

We had a great first day at the Book Fair! Just a reminder that family day is Thursday from 4:00-6:00. We look forward to seeing all of you!



Due to inclement weather moving into the area, both the JH and HS track meets at Winters are cancelled this week.

Christoval Elementary week at a glance for February 10-14.

Christoval ISD has an upcoming student holiday on Monday, February 17.

Congratulations to our January Readers of the Month!

Due to the Lady Cougars' playoff game, the dual credit parent meeting will now be on Wednesday, Feb. 12th @ 6 p.m. in room 108.

Ms. Mecke is teaching sand dunes this week. During the lab students used a straw to mimic the wind to create different types of sand dunes.




Students are learning all about symmetry during art class this week.
