The junior high student council collected 284 pairs of socks during their "Socktober" event. Yesterday, we donated the socks to the New Bridge Family Shelter in downtown San Angelo. Students toured the facility and learned about the resources available to families experiencing difficult situations.

5th graders are learning to find the least common multiple in math. Today they used their pencil and a paper clip as a spinner to choose the numbers.
Kindergarten had lots of fun learning patterns of movement using shaving cream during science.
2nd graders participated in United We Read today! This program is put on by the United Way of the Concho Valley to promote the importance of reading. Every 2nd grader received a copy of the book for their home library.
